- Ensuring stable training streaming for a large number of concurrent users at optimal infrastructure cost.
- Compliance with data-security requirements and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Providing reporting tools to assess the reach and impact of the campaign's educational activities.
- Increasing access to health education by letting residents learn at a convenient time and place, regardless of attending in-person events.
- Ensuring technological flexibility for changing business needs.
Result

Online course platform
An intuitive training system that guides users through video materials at their own pace, remembers learning progress between sessions and runs smoothly regardless of the number of concurrent users.

Quizzes, certification and measurable results
Each module ends with a knowledge test, and participants receive a course-completion certificate. The city gained the ability to monitor resident engagement, the number of completed trainings and to assess campaign effectiveness based on real data.
Compliance with public-sector requirements
The solution was designed in line with data-security requirements, digital accessibility (WCAG) and the standards used by public institutions.
Free access for everyone
The platform was made available free of charge to all Wrocław residents, removing barriers to reliable knowledge about vaccination and public health and increasing the reach of the city's educational efforts.
The platform was designed as a scalable educational tool enabling the creation and rollout of diverse training programmes and social and health campaigns.
